Adecco is in-house at the world's largest sports company. Their European HQ is based in Hilversum (Amsterdam/Utrecht area). We are currently looking for an HR Manager Retail who will be exposed to the combination of wholesale and retail environment within HR, pan-European. This role is a unique combination of supporting both factory stores and digital business. As the interim HR Manager Retail you will get opportunities to build up business acumen, besides Global, Geo and Territory exposure. Are you available right away for this temporary assignment for 7 months up to 1 year (maternity leave) and would you like to be part of an international environment where you can be yourself, demonstrate and develop your skill set every day? Drive HR strategy for Direct to Consumer (DTC) across multiple dimensions at the geo and territory level ensuring HR agenda is aligned with the retail priorities; Provide Converse DTC organization design support (specifically on European HQ level); Lead the Converse DTC integrated talent management agenda in EHQ and across territories; Lead and support sustainable and scalable HR processes that support store openings/closings; Ensure Retail HR functional execution and stewardship (including and not limited to compensation, employee relations, compliance); Coach DTC Leadership Team on complex leadership and HR issues including talent/performance goals and HR/talent implications of business decisions and enables leaders to drive high performing teams.

An experienced HR Manager within an international retail environment; Experienced in supporting organizational change; Matrix management and influencing proficiency required; Experience with Employee Relations, Performance/Comp management; Ability to establish business credibility; trusted advisor/consultant.Bachelor Business Administration/ Human Resources or similar.
